Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Expedited / Express Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for both domestic and international orders at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only - orders still require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@theplayhouseco.com - we reply within 1-2 business day. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
